1. Equipment Sold As-Is
All equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied, unless otherwise stated in writing. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect equipment and verify its condition, specifications, and suitability before purchase. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith but do not constitute a warranty of condition.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice, and listings may be withdrawn or modified at any time. A sale is completed only when payment is received in full. Applicable sales tax and freight charges are added at checkout. For wire transfer purchases, equipment is reserved only after the funds are confirmed.
3. Freight & Shipping
A flat freight charge per item is applied at checkout as an estimate. Final shipping costs, loading, permits, and international export requirements are the buyer's responsibility and may be adjusted after purchase. We ship nationwide and internationally from Davenport, Florida.
4. Financing
Financing applications submitted through this site are requests only and do not constitute loan approval. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the financing partner.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of used heavy equipment, all sales are final unless a written agreement states otherwise. Cancellations of pending orders may be subject to administrative fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Northwest Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, transport, or operation of equipment bought through it.
